Karen heads up business development. She loves finding and developing new ways to attract more gamers and indie game developers, along with connecting and onboarding partners from the gaming industry, blockhain space and even traditional businesses who wants to enter the gaming and crypto space.

George, our CTO, is the man behind anything tech and security related for both web and mobile versions of SkillGaming. It is his responsibility to ensure the platform is in tip-top shape, up-to-date, and up-to-par at all times, so that gamers can have a smooth journey while playing games on the various platforms we offer.

Zisis is the COO of HatchWorks, one of our early backers. He manages the operational side of things to ensure everything runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis. Additionally, he conducts asset procurement for our 2D and 3D worlds.

Ali heads up game development for both web and mobile applications. He leads and manages the game development team, consisting of game designers, animators, and developers who specialise in creating high-quality games and gaming assets.

Sina designs and builds next generation of mobile applications for SkillGaming and our partners. We support android, ios and other platforms too.

Mostafa develops games covering various genres for SkillGaming that are playable on PC, mobile and various platforms.

Mary is in charge of crafting the game briefs and concepts, all the way from the storyboard to the game play stage itself, before the game development team even starts developing it.

Farjad is our games animator and motion artist who uses visual effects, animation and other cinematic techniques to bring the game creation to life.

Playing games without sounds is like playing games on a black screen. State Azure is an audio engineer for sound effects and BGMs to make our games much more atmospheric.

Theodora maintains the SkillGaming platform and works closely with the CTO and the tech team to ensure that the SkillGaming platform is always up and running.

Marin is an avid gamer who stress tests the SkillGaming websites, android app and all the games. He finds bugs and reports them to the tech team to ensure all issues are resolved with utmost priority.

Zen helps design the metaverse strategy and its economy to bring new opportunities for SkillGaming's upcoming metaverse. He identifies elements that will make our metaverse valuable and interesting to users and investors alike.

Rishi helps develop the placement of structures, terrains, and landmarks for our metaverse. This allows our metaverse to mimic and simulate a real-life environment (no fake cartoonish type of metaverse) to ensure that we provide users with a near to real-life experience.

Sam helps to integrate advanced AI into all of our assets and NPCs in the metaverse. Our games in the metaverse are immersive so that it helps to transport the player into an alternative world and make them feel more like the character they're playing. This will allow our metaverse to support Metaquest (Oculus) VR devices in the future.

Ian handles the merch store project that offers a wide range of customised products with printed SkillGaming characters. Our store offers a wide range of high-quality products including mugs, t-shirts, hoodies, phone cases, bags, and much more delivered right to your doorstep.

Johannes handles and talks to the SkillGaming community on various social media platforms every day. He empowers the community and this helps us create stronger and more connected gaming communities who know how to have fun and enjoy themselves.

Hitesh is a strategic advisor for SkillGaming.com. He helps by sharing his experience handling various blockchain projects and network potentials.

Kay is a product expert for SkillGaming.com. He is an avid gamer and has advised the team over the years on the technical aspects of the platform's games.

Jaap is a futurist, geopolitical whiz and advises on various aspects of technologies used inside SkillGaming and Escape. He is a former fund manager for impact investments in Africa and the Middle-East, founded several businesses that he successfully exited, and currently focuses on blockchain investments, a sector that he entered in 2013.
